Rico is a dedicated and passionate person who truly cares about the work Empire REO performs. He is committed to the needs of our clients and the communities we serve. With 10 years of project management and general construction knowledge combined with over 5 years of mortgage loan origination and management, Rico has a complete understanding of the property preservation business.
Rico and his wife Tessa have two amazing children. They spend their free time traveling and watching their children play sports. Their daughter plays competitive soccer, and son plays baseball. Rico helps coach both of his children and enjoys every moment of it.
